We use profiles from some of the most respected aluminium systems companies, such as Smart and Cortizo. For bifolds we use visofold 1000 series and Cortizo; visoglide plus for patio doors; alitherm 600 for windows; and shopline for shop fronts.

We offer different paint options. A ‘standard’ RAL refers to a RAL colour, such as those that can be found at http://www.ralcolor.com/. A ‘non-standard’ RAL is a paint finish such as those chosen from the Sensations range, which are more expensive.

A single RAL means the same colour on both sides whereas a dual RAL means a different colour on each side, so the inside can match the interior if needed.

The U value of a standard bifold for is 1.6, or 1.5 if triple glazed.

Trickle vents are required when building control is overlooking a job. Please ask their advice on up-to-date guidelines in reference to this or refer to the Document L guidelines here.

We also care after our work is done by giving you a one-year guarantee on moveable parts, such as handles, locks etc, a five-year guarantee on glass (although this does not cover accidental damage). We also provide a seven-year guarantee on colour fast paintwork.

We require a 50% deposit when you place your order before we begin the order process. Once the deposit is paid then the manufacture time starts. You are then required to pay the remainder of the balance before or on delivery. Please note that we DO NOT accept cheques, and the above is not applicable to those who have an account with TWR Group.
